International Management Company has broken ground on the second of three office buildings planned for the Fort Wade Road Office Park in Nocatee. The 62,751 square foot office building  joins Advanced Disposal Headquarters and is expected to be completed by Summer 2016. In attendance for the groundbreaking were St. John’s County Commissioners Rachael Bennett and James Johns, IMC’s Vice President, Raja Saoud, and The PARC Group (Roger O'Steen, Rick Ray and Greg Barbour).

Said Lou Nutter, Senior VP of CBRE (the building’s exclusive listing broker) of the decision to break ground in Nocatee:

“We feel that Nocatee is the most attractive office submarket in North Florida for expanding national businesses. Fort Wade Road Office Park will become an important north/south connector as development in Nocatee continues to increase.”

CBRE also noted that this multi-use office building is the first to be built in Jacksonville since 2009. Those interested in leasing can contact CBRE at (904) 630-6341 or Lou Nutter at louis.nutter@cbre.com.
