The Nocatee Landing
The PARC Group is excited to announce that the Nocatee Landing is opening in2019.

Nocatee Preserve MapThe Nocatee Landing will be located at the base of the southern trailhead of the Nocatee Preserve, adjacent to the Tolomato River (Intracoastal West). The Nocatee Landing can be accessed by car by utilizing the connector road, Nocatee Landing Trail, off Crosswater Parkway, approximately 1 mile north of the new Crosswater community. The Nocatee Landing can also by accessed by walking, running, biking or horseback-riding along a 4.1 mile trail through the Nocatee Preserve. The Preserve Trailhead is located south of Ponte Vedra High School with over 2,400 acres on more than 3.5 miles of Intracoastal frontage.

The Nocatee Landing’s open-air pavilion will feature views of the river and provide a perfect place for a picnic. Bike racks, ample parking and restrooms will all be available to the community. Nocatee residents will be able to launch non-motorized water vehicles, like canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.

The PARC Group is eager to reveal a new amenity coming to Nocatee in 2019. The Schoolyard will be opening in Crosswater soon.

Schoolyard will include a small and large dog park, nature trails, playground, open-air pavilion and a play-field. The conservation of greenspace and Northeast Florida nature is a developmental cornerstone of the master-planned community.
