Baptist Health is opening Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee in Summer 2020. The two-story, 83,000-square-foot health and wellness center will provide women’s services, pediatric care, rehabilitation services, a YMCA, and more. The center will be situated on a 12-acre site located west of Nocatee Town Center and the Lakeside neighborhood, facing the Nocatee Parkway.
Every May, The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) holds the annual Parade of Homes. Since 1954, the Parade of Homes has been celebrating the First Coast by featuring the best homes in new construction and design located from Fernandina to Nocatee. Of the seventy-eight homes that participated in this year's Parade of Homes, NINE were located in Nocatee and one located in eTown.
